Isabel was conceived at Melbourne Australia. Her father is Australian while her mother is Swiss. The family spent a lot of time living in Switzerland Melbourne Jabiru an Australian mining town, and Cairns. Nina, her sister Nina also attended the school which had students from all cultures and First Nations. Isabel lives in Byron Bay, NSW Australia. Isabel had been involved in acting since the time she attended school. Her studies continued at the Queensland University of Technology (Victorian College of Arts) as well as, most recently, Perdekamp's Emotional Method PEM. Before 2002, she never had an audition. She was a part-time auditionee of Home and Away 1988. Producers felt that she wasn't the best fit for this role. But, they were so impressed, they came up with a new character Tasha. Her debut on TV was for three years, and she was given a Logie Award in the category of popular new talents. Isabel relocated into Los Angeles, California in 2008. Her breakthrough performance was Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Since then she starred in numerous US as well as Australian film productions, and was awarded multiple prizes. Isabel was recently seen as Bosh in Bosh & Rockit Ocean Boy, a film that is fast becoming an Australian film that is becoming a classic. Isabel also starred in the soon to be released film Lunacy. Isabel supports animal rights, and has been involved in many environmental organizations. Isabel was a PatronAmbassador at Melbourne's Human Rights and Arts Film Festival (HRAFF) for 10 years, up until 2020. Isabel is well-known by her environmental-friendly ethical inclinations as well as her commitment towards social justice. Isabel was made a brand ambassador for numerous campaigns for cosmetics and fashion.
